Building an Addition Onto My House
I built an addition onto my house! I also renovated the rest of it. I did just everything for it, apart from the insulation! I had a couple of friends help pour a bunch of concrete and I’ll be eternally grateful for their help!
The timelapse I made of it is one of the coolest things I’ve made so far and it can be found below!
This is about two years of work on it in a minute! I can completely understand why cedar shingles are not a common siding choice anymore since they easily added 10 months onto the project. Below is a gallery of pictures detailing the steps in the addition build. Demolition was by far the funnest part of it!
In addition to building the addition I also renovated just about the entire interior of the house too. This is what it looked like when I moved into it:
